About Us

We finished our 2nd round of authentic cooking classes in February. We are taking our cooking classes back to their homeland in Orvieto, Italy. In September 2010 are are traveling with a select few to Orvieto, Italy. We will be working again with Velia DeAngelis. Soon to be a worldwide name, she has worked with everyone from the novice in the kitchen to celebrities and now she has been asked to work with and instruct the head chefs of many restaurants throughout Europe. Our class will begin in Orvieto on September 5, 2010. We will have 4 days of hands on cooking including wine tastings, a visit to the local oil mill, the Dying and much much more.
